Karl Mead came to my rescue about three years ago highly recommended by a friend. I was hoping for someone who could do everything that I needed and wanted done, which was a total redo.  

Floors, cabinets, countertops, sinks, baseboards, doors, you name it he did it. He was also such a help with my decisions!

I was and still am so thankful for KARL. He was always on time and always communicated his ETA(estimated time of arrival)

Karl Mead has been maintaining our townhome rental property in Tempe, Arizona for over 12 years. The townhome is located close to the University so most of our tenants over the years have been college students, so as you can imagine, the upkeep is never ending. Karl is a man of many talents ~ design, build, remodel! Whatever remodeling project we need done, he is always there for us.

Mead Renovations did a great job in redoing our master bath. We had a 70’s sunken Roman bath/shower with a large window looking out on a block wall. Mead did a fantastic job converting it to a floor level walk in shower with a glass block window.

The job was completed on time. Their price was 25% lower than a well known company and that was with upgraded tile from what the other company offered.
